Colocation with the network already terminated.
Tier III carrier-neutral space, HIPAA-ready environments, and AS54098 lit into the cage. You bring the workload — the cross-connects, transit, and remote hands are ours.

Data Center Colocation, in plain terms.
Space, power, and cooling in Tier III carrier-neutral facilities — with the network problem already solved. We own the racks and we operate AS54098, so your servers land on transit and peering we control, not on whatever the building reseller wants to upsell you that quarter. Single-U through full-cabinet and private suite, with metered or committed power and dual-fed PDUs as the design requires.
Compliance-aligned environments for regulated workloads. HIPAA-ready cage design, PCI-DSS aware change control, and SOC-aligned operational practices. We support the audit, deliver the evidence the assessor asks for, and keep the documentation current between cycles. The same operators who built the environment answer the auditor's questions.
Remote hands done by engineers, not badge-and-escort staff. Power cycles, cable moves, OOB console access, drive swaps, and the 03:00 reboot when the cluster gets stuck. Because we live in the building, we can be at the cage in minutes — and because we engineered the install, we know what we are looking at when we get there.
Common triggers for this engagement.
- 01Your workload is steady-state and the three-year cloud bill does not pencil out
- 02You need a regulated environment with documented compliance posture and a real audit trail
- 03Your current colo provider charges for cross-connects you should not be paying for
- 04You want a single vendor for space, power, transit, and the engineer who walks the floor
Questions teams ask before signing.
Which facilities do you operate in?
Carrier-neutral Tier III sites in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, with cross-connects into the major peering fabrics. We share specific facility details under NDA during the design call.
Do I have to buy transit from you?
No. You can run cross-connects to any carrier in the building. But because we operate our own AS, bundling transit with colo is usually cheaper than buying it separately — and the BGP session lives with the same team that runs the cage.
Can you support a HIPAA workload?
Yes. We design the cage, controls, and documentation against HIPAA requirements and have supported audit cycles end to end. PCI-DSS and SOC-aligned environments are also in scope.
What does remote hands actually include?
Power cycles, cable runs, drive and module swaps, console access via OOB, and structured escalations for incident work. Documented per ticket, billed against a committed pool or ad hoc, your preference.
Frequently scoped alongside this work.
Data Center Consulting
Site selection, colocation evaluation, power and carrier mix, migration and exit planning. We have toured the room and read the SLAs.
IP Transit (BGP)
Full BGP transit on AS54098 with direct peering at Hurricane Electric and transit through GTT into the rest of the Tier-1 fabric. Bring your own ASN and prefixes — we handle the policy and the on-call.
Custom Server Deployments
Bare-metal spec, procurement, and deployment for GPU clusters, storage servers, and edge appliances. We have shipped from a single 1U through 40U-plus buildouts.
24/7 NOC
Eyes on your network around the clock, run by the engineers who write the runbooks. Pages routed to humans, not a ticket queue — for incidents that need a real person at 3 a.m.
