Site selection grounded in the criteria that matter: power density per cabinet, dual-utility feed, fuel contracts and runtime, carrier mix on the meet-me-room, distance to the nearest peering fabric, water risk, seismic zone, and the lease economics. We score candidates against the actual workload — a GPU cluster has different needs than a regulated archive — and present a ranked shortlist with the trade-offs in writing.
Audit-level colocation review for the facility you have or the one you are about to sign. We read the SLA, the MSA, the AUP, and the change-control language. We check MTBF claims against the maintenance log, walk the room with the facility engineer, and run a power and cooling run-through. The deliverable is a written report with the gaps, the points to push back on, and the questions the sales team did not want.
Migration and exit planning with the move treated as a project, not a hope. We map the estate, define cutover windows, plan transit and cross-connect staging, and write the runbook before the first rack is touched. Exit planning includes contract review, dark-period scheduling, decommissioning, and certified destruction of media. We have left facilities cleanly and we know what the outgoing provider tries to bill for.
