Dedicated internet access on AS54098 — a clean Ethernet handoff at 1G, 10G or 100G with symmetric bandwidth and no contention with other tenants. IPv4 and IPv6 from the first packet. Static assignments, reverse DNS where you need it, and a BGP option if you want to announce your own /24 or /48 without committing to full transit.
The SLA is short and readable. Latency, packet loss and availability targets are written against the path you are actually paying for, with credits that mean something. When we miss, we tell you before you tell us — alerting feeds the same NOC that watches our own gear.
Underneath: upstream through AS21700, peering at AS6939 Hurricane Electric and AS3257 GTT, plus IXP fabric. So your traffic reaches the rest of the internet over paths we actually monitor rather than a single resold pipe.

What handoff formats do you support?
Single-mode fiber is standard — LC, typically — at 1G, 10G or 100G. We will also deliver over a cross-connect at common MMRs, or over a metro carrier where we already have presence. Tell us the building and we will tell you the realistic options.
Can I announce my own /24 over a DIA circuit?
Yes. If you have an ASN and prefixes, we can set up an eBGP session over the DIA handoff so you can announce your own space. If you want a deeper transit relationship instead, look at the IP Transit (BGP) service.
What does the SLA actually cover?
Availability, round-trip latency on the on-net path, and packet loss — with credits that scale with the outage. It is written in plain English. If you cannot tell what you are owed when something breaks, the SLA is doing nothing for you.
Can I see the SLA numbers before I sign?
Yes. We send the current SLA document for review, with availability, latency and loss targets written against the path you would actually be paying for. Specific numbers vary by handoff and route; we do not publish a single tier that has to cover every customer.
